CAMP PACKING LIST

 

Health History and Medical Examination Form signed by parent and physician if you haven't laready mailed it to Dr Hertle. If your child is allergic to bee stings, please include 2 EPI pens and notify the camp nurse or director.

 

sleeping bag
sheets, pillow, and 2 pillowcases
towels, washcloths
toiletries (soap, toothpaste, shampoo)

pajamas
underwear


jeans, pants
t-shirts, long sleeve shirts

shorts
sweater, sweatshirt

fleece jacket

hat


swimwear suitable for sports activities
rain gear

 

socks, warm socks

sneakers (or other shoes suitable for hiking)

sandals that have a back strap - no flip-flops

 

cloth laundry bag with drawstring

backpack/rucksack

flashlight and batteries
water bottle
sunscreen and insect repellent (no spray cans)

pocket money ($10.00 is sufficient)

 

CHILDREN MAY ALSO BRING:

books

games (non-electronic)

letter writing materials

sports equipment

colored pencils, crayons

 

Personal items should be marked with the child's name. We cannot be responsible for the loss of personal property.
